Partial body massage in Sofia is a massage of one area of the body, most often a back and neck massage. It can also be the lower back, the legs, or the shoulders and arms. It suits you when one specific spot feels tight and you want all the time spent on it. It is also a good option if you don’t have time for a full-body massage.
What to expect
When you book, or at the start of the appointment, say which area you want and what is bothering you. Kaloyan asks what pressure you prefer and massages only that area, with oil. You only undress that part of the body.
The pressure can be light if you want to relax, or firmer if your muscles are very tight. Kaloyan works more thoroughly on painful spots and adds a gentle stretch. If the same spot keeps tightening up, he will tell you whether it is worth looking at the cause with kinesitherapy (exercise and manual therapy).
