How a visit works

  1. Consultation and assessment

We talk about your complaints, history and goals and assess how you move, to find the cause of the problem.

  2. A personal plan

Based on the assessment we choose the right therapies and put together a plan that fits your needs and goals.

  3. Therapy and exercises at home

We carry out the therapy at the practice and give you exercises for home, so the results last.

  4. Moving again

You get back to an active life without pain and discomfort.

Can’t find an answer? Call us on +359 886 750 462.

What therapies do you offer?

We offer a range of therapies, including massage (therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxing), physiotherapy, kinesitherapy, dry needling and cupping therapy. Every therapy is adapted to your individual needs and health goals.

How long does a typical session last?

It depends on the treatment: kinesitherapy 20–60 min, physiotherapy 15–30 min, massage 30–50 min, other therapies 20–40 min, consultations and programmes 30–60 min. Each service page shows how long it lasts.

How do I know which therapy is right for me?

At your first visit, Kaloyan asks about your pain and your history, watches how you move and recommends the therapy that suits you best.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and Revolut.

How do I book an appointment and what are your opening hours?

Call us, message us on WhatsApp or Viber, or book online through Superdoc (its pages are in Bulgarian). The practice is open from 9:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday. We recommend booking a few days ahead to get the time you prefer.

Is Kaloyan qualified?

Yes. Kaloyan has a bachelor’s degree in kinesitherapy/physiotherapy from the National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski” in Sofia, 10+ years of practice and further training in manual therapy, Mulligan, kinesio taping, dry needling and PNF.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend comfortable, loose clothing. Depending on the therapy, you may be asked to change into a gown or robe that we provide.

What is the difference between a kinesitherapist, a physiotherapist and a rehabilitator?

Kinesitherapist: a specialist who uses movement for treatment and recovery, focusing on exercise and physical activity to improve the patient’s mobility and function.

Physiotherapist: a specialist who applies a range of methods such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, laser therapy and manual therapy. Physiotherapy aims to relieve pain and inflammation and to improve how the body functions.

Rehabilitator: a specialist in the overall recovery of patients after serious illness, injury or surgery. Rehabilitation combines many methods, including physiotherapy and kinesitherapy, to help the patient regain full function.

In the UK and most English-speaking countries, one physiotherapist does all of this. In Bulgaria the work is split: kinesitherapy is exercise and manual therapy, physiotherapy is treatment with devices. Kaloyan is a kinesitherapist and uses both.
