1. Intellectual property

1.1. All intellectual property rights in the information resources and content of the Website are exercised by the Operator. They are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any use of content from the Website without the Operator’s consent is a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative or criminal liability.

In the case of copying or reproduction of information beyond what is permitted, and of any other violation of intellectual property rights in the Operator’s resources, the Operator has the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect damage suffered, in full.

2. Limitation of liability

2.1. The Operator takes the necessary measures to keep the content of the Website up to date, but is not liable for how up to date it actually is. Accordingly, the Operator is not liable for damage, including direct and indirect damage and loss of profit, that a user of the Website may suffer in any circumstances connected with the content published on the Website and access to it. By using the Website, users accept all the risks connected with it, including any risk to users’ end-user devices, software or data.

2.2. Where the content of the Website contains links to content located outside it, the user is aware that the Operator has no control over that content and is not liable for the consequences of following links that lead outside the Website.

The Operator is not liable for malicious acts by third parties that the user may become the target of when using the Website. The user uses the Website at their own responsibility.

3. User registration

3.1. The Operator reserves the right to make part of the content of the Website available only to users who have registered a user profile on the Website. Content restricted to registered users must at all times be marked as such by the Operator.

3.2. When creating a user profile, the user agrees that the Operator will process their personal data in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Protection Policy published on the Website.

4. Use of the Website

4.2. Users must use the Website in good faith, including by not taking malicious actions that could affect the availability of the content to third parties or the use of the Website in general.

5. Packages

In short: with a package you pay in advance for several sessions at a lower price. You have the period stated with the package (3 months for the current packages) to use them, counted from your first visit. The first visit must be within 1 month of the purchase. The package is for you only.

5.1. What a package is. A package is a prepaid number of sessions for the services listed with it in the price list (for example, “Full-body massage: 10 sessions + 1 free”). Each session can be for any of those services. The package is paid in full at purchase, at the Operator’s practice.

5.2. Validity period. A package is valid for the period stated with it in the price list (for the current packages: 3 months). The period starts with the first visit. The first visit must take place within 1 (one) month of the purchase. If it does not take place within that month, the period starts at the end of it.

Examples for a package valid for 3 months, bought on 1 March:

  • First visit on 20 March: the package is valid up to and including 20 June.
  • First visit on 10 April (after the end of the first month): the period started on 1 April and the package is valid up to and including 1 July.

5.3. Extending the period. For a valid reason (for example, illness) the validity period can be extended by agreement between the client and the Operator.

5.4. Booking and sessions. Every session of the package, including the free one, is booked in advance like a regular appointment. The free session is part of the package and can be used at any time within the validity period. Each session held counts as one session used from the package. An appointment cancelled less than 4 (four) hours in advance, or a missed appointment, counts as a session used.

5.5. The package is personal. A package may be used only by the person who bought it. It may not be transferred to another person.

5.6. Unused sessions. Sessions not used by the end of the validity period expire.

5.7. Refunds. As a rule, the price of a purchased package is not refunded. As an exception, depending on the specific case, the Operator may refund the unused sessions by individual agreement with the client.

5.8. Price changes. Changes to the prices in the price list do not affect packages already bought.

6. Other

6.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its discretion; the current terms of use of the Website will at all times be published on it.

6.2. Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
