Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the website kainezitherapy.com or contact us, why we do it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is AIPSMP “Vividus” EOOD, UIC 206139521, with its registered office and address of management at 19 Iskar, block B, floor 4, flat 9, 2260 Svoge, Bulgaria. The Kainezi Therapy practice is at 10 Popovo Street, Lozenets, Sofia.

You can contact us about anything to do with your personal data by email at contacts@kainezitherapy.com or by phone on +359 886 750 462.

What data we process and why

The contact form

When you send the contact form, we store your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and message, so that we can reply and, if you wish, book you an appointment. The message is also sent to us by email. The basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box in the form, and the steps we take at your request before booking you for a session.

Stored messages are deleted automatically after 12 months. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that keeps the form free of spam without using tracking cookies.

Health data

When you write to us or call, you may share information about pain, an injury or a health condition. We use it only to decide how we can help you and to reply to you, and we do not pass it on to anyone else. You do not need to send detailed medical documents through the form: it is easier to bring them to the first consultation.

Phone and email

When you call us or write to us by email, we use your details to reply and to book you an appointment. We keep emails for as long as they are needed for that, but no longer than 12 months.

Cookies and visit analytics

Only if you agree, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used. Google Ireland Limited processes the data on our behalf as a processor. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google signals and personalised ads are turned off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw, the analytics cookies are deleted.

So that we can prove your choice, we store a random identifier (also kept in your cookie), what you chose, the version of the policy and the time. We do not store your IP address or any data about your browser. The record is deleted automatically after 12 months.

You will find which cookies we use, and for how long, in the cookie policy.

The map on the “Contact” page

The map on the “Contact” page is loaded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and data about your browser, as described in Google’s privacy policy.

Technical data

The server the site runs on records technical data about every visit (IP address, date and time, page opened, browser) to protect the site from abuse and to find errors. These records are kept for up to 7 days and are then deleted automatically.

Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The data is processed by the following providers, only as far as the site needs:

  • The site’s hosting provider, which also provides the email service: on servers in the European Union.
  • Google: Google Analytics (only with your consent) and the map on the “Contact” page.
  • Cloudflare: the security check in the contact form.

Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the United States. This is done on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which both companies take part, and, where needed, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep the data

  • Messages from the contact form: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Emails: for as long as they are needed for the reply, but no longer than 12 months.
  • Record of your cookie consent: 12 months.
  • Data in Google Analytics: 14 months.
  • Technical records on the server: up to 7 days.

If the law requires us to keep some data for longer, we keep it for as long as the law requires.

How we protect the data

The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Messages from the form can be read only by us, in the site’s protected admin area, and are deleted automatically when the retention period ends. We collect only the data we need to reply to you.

Your rights

You have the right, at any time:

  • to find out whether we process your data and to receive a copy of it;
  • to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate;
  • to ask us to delete it;
  • to ask us to restrict its processing;
  • to receive it in a machine-readable format, so that you can transfer it elsewhere;
  • to object to its processing;
  • to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before it. For cookies, use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page; for the contact form, write to us by email.

To exercise your rights, write to us at contacts@kainezitherapy.com. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg) or with the court.

Changes to this policy

When we change the policy, we will publish the new version on this page. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
