We are Kainezi Therapy, a practice where you will find a range of treatments and therapies tailored to your individual problems and focused on solving them. - Practice in Lozenets, Sofia - 10+ years of practice ## Our mission To give you the help you need to: - deal with pain and discomfort - increase your range of motion, flexibility and strength - prevent future injuries ## Care doesn’t end when you leave Therapy in the practice is only half of the way. We walk the other half together, while you are at home. In the practice ### Conversation I ask when and how the pain started, what you do all day and what you want to be able to do again. ### Finding the cause I watch how you move and test until we find where the problem comes from. ### Therapy We choose the therapy by the cause, not only by the place that hurts. After you leave ### Exercises for home You leave with a few exercises, shown and explained, so you can continue on your own. ### We talk again in a few days I call to find out how you feel and whether we should change anything. ### Moving again You get back to life without pain and know how to protect yourself. A tradition at the practice ## The wall of smiles It all started spontaneously with a few photos together after a successful recovery. I regularly take new courses and trainings so that I work with modern, proven methods.
